1. Terms for gallery traffic buyers

If you buy traffic, you automatically agree with the following terms:

Picture gallery rules

• Pic galleries should contain no less than 12 pictures. Clicking any of the thumbnails, the user should see the full image.
• Pic galleries should contain full quality images with resolution at least 600x600 pixels.
• Pic galleries should load the full image in the same window.

Movie gallery rules

• QUICKTIME/REALPLAYER/DIVX/VIDEOLAN videos are forbidden.
• Low quality movies are forbidden.
• Minimal resolution is 300x250.

General terms

• Galleries in other languages are forbidden, unless you buy foreign traffic for them;
• Galleries hosted on free servers are not allowed. Sponsor FHGs are allowed;
• Changing gallery content after approval is forbidden. 
• No malware including exploits, trojans and other programs which install anything without user consent;
• No traffic redirects, including redirects by countries;
• No dialers, spyware, scripts from VideosCash, ZangoCash and similar per install programs;
• No consoles and popup windows, no floating windows;
• No Active-X scripting;
• No auto bookmarkers and no homepage changers;
• No sounds on your pages;
• No non-adult sites, unless you buy traffic for non-adult sites and marked your campaign as non-adult;
• No child pornography;
• No misleading niche information;
• All models should be over 18 years of age.

Our statistics is the final data used in disputes, no stats from your scripts, counters or servers can be the basis for counting traffic. We will surely address all the issues concerning possibly inaccurate traffic stats, but in 99.99% of cases it will not be our fault.

Only sites with legal content are accepted, which means no scat, rape, torture, zoo sites.

2. Terms for gallery traffic sellers

If you sell traffic, you automatically indicate your agreement with the following terms:

• Though we accept traffic from thumbnails, the best way to send traffic to us is through non-specific text description. Ideally, you place a link block right after your first block of thumbnails or text links, with descriptions like Fresh teens galleries, Hot mature galleries, Today's boobs galleries, and the like;
• Traffic from all countries is counted, though please make sure you specified the back URLs for traffic which was not purchased;
• Only traffic from approved domains is accepted, don't even try sending traffic from non-approved domains;
• We accept traffic from thumbs and descs, though make sure your niche choice is correct. Niches for thumbs differ from niches for descs;
• Send traffic in accordance with the category you send it to. You can't send traffic categorized as MATURE to a URL for TEENS. Send hi-productivity traffic from exactly the sites you took the links for;
• Low productivity sites will be asked to leave our program;
• We will also ban sites which send traffic containing large amounts of visitors from third world countries; Minimal skim is 50%;
• No malware including exploits, trojans and other programs which install anything without user consent on your sites or trading sites;
• Do not send us more then 20% noref, nocookie, proxy traffic or you will be banned
• No FREE HOSTED sites
• No traffic redirects;
• No iframe traffic (violations will lead to account cancellation, no money or traffic is returned);
• No dialers, spyware, scripts from VideosCash, ZangoCash and similar per install programs;
• No consoles and popup windows, no floating windows;
• No Active-X scripting;
• No auto bookmarkers and no homepage changers;
• No sounds on your page;
• No non-adult sites;
• No child pornography;
• No misleading niche information;
• No other traffic except skimmed traffic;
• No traffic from sites with 50% links to broker sites.
• Skim percent should not be less than 50%
• Our statistics is the final data used in disputes, no stats from your scripts, counters or servers can be the basis for counting traffic. We will surely address all the issues concerning possibly inaccurate traffic stats, but in 99.99% of cases it will not be our fault.
• Only sites with legal content are accepted, which means no scat, rape, torture, zoo sites.

All our buyers and sellers see the URLs from which the traffic comes or where it goes. Please don't try to cheat, as a complaint will be filed immediately. 100% of cheats and violations are visible to us, don't waste your time if you are not into playing fair.
